Ovation of the Seas Arrives In Southampton After Delivery To Royal Caribbean

With Ovation of the Seas now a fully paid up fleet member of Royal Caribbean, her first major port of call was her maiden visit to Southampton.

The 168,666grt ship is the third in the Quantum class ships for Royal Caribbean and joins classmates Quantum and Anthem of the Seas. There are two more Quantum class ships which are scheduled to join the fleet in 2019 and 2020 respectively.

The newly built ship arrived this afternoon (10th April) around 14.00 and at 14.30 she was alongside at berth 101, City Cruise Terminal.

Ovation of the Seas will be undertaking three roundtrip mini cruises out of Southampton before departing on an epic 52 day voyage to China via Barcelona on 22nd April 2016.
