Successful Sea Trials For Majestic Princess

Princess Cruises latest ship, Majestic Princess, has successfully completed a set of sea trials off the coast of Italy.

The third in the Royal Class of ships for Princess, the 143,700grt, 1083ft long ship will carry 3560 passengers and will be based in Asia for a predominantly Asian market with features on board tailored to the Asian clientele.

Majestic Princess is scheduled to depart on her inaugural cruise on 4th April 2017 for a five night Adriatic cruise with calls to Kotor and Corfu beginning and finishing at Civitavecchia (Rome). However, she will undertake a 4 night preview cruise from Trieste to Civitavecchia (Rome) on 31st March 2017  with call to Kotor and two days at sea.

She will then undertake cruises to the Med in April and May until she departs for Shanghai from Barcelona on 14th May.
